The 44th AKM meeting of the Working Group Meteore e.V. will take place from March 15 to 17, 2024 at the Sonneberg Observatory and will be held simultaneously as an interactive online event . Accommodation on site will be at the Outdoor Inn Sonneberg .

Option 1: On-site participation
Conference Fee:
- Single Room: fully booked
- Double Room: fully booked
- Shared Room: fully booked
- Day Guests: 90 € (with catering, without breakfast)
- Day Guests: 25 € (without catering)
The conference fee includes two nights with bed linen, full catering from Friday evening to Sunday noon, coffee on Saturday, and the rental for conference rooms.
The entire Outdoor Inn is available exclusively to AKM during the mentioned time. There is table tennis, foosball, a bouldering wall, a play meadow, a panoramic terrace, and a campfire site. There are sinks in each room. The toilets are communal.

Please transfer the conference fee in advance to the association's account. You can find the bank details on our homepage or directly after submitting the registration form.
Option 2: Online Participation
The event will also take place as a Zoom meeting. The access data will be sent to all registered participants by email.
Participation in the online event is free.
Program:
The program will include contributions from all subfields of the AKM (Meteors, Fireballs and Meteorites, Halos, Polar Lights, Noctilucent Clouds and other atmospheric phenomena).
General Assembly:
The General Assembly will take place on Saturday, 16.03.2024. (Time will be announced)
