... shows a lunar halo on 29 November 2009 at 21:39 CET over Lindenberg near Beeskow. Since September 2009, a modified MOBOTIX Hemispheric Q24 surveillance camera has been used for sky monitoring at the Lindenberg Meteorological Observatory. It records and stores an image of the entire sky every minute, 24 hours a day. In this night a very bright 22° halo was visible next to the Moon. With the numerous images, the temporal development of halo activity can also be recorded. © RAO Lindenberg
