Our cover picture ...
… shows a composite image of two Lyrids on 22.4.2015 at 01:28:52 CEST and 01:51:44 CEST. The images were taken in connection with the studies on the effectiveness of cameras for video meteor observations (see page 92 in this issue). The observing site was near Kempten/Allgäu. Sony Alpha 7S mod. with Canon FD 1.4/50 mm, aperture 2.0. ISO 409,000.
