… shows a 22° halo around the Moon and a late Geminid on 15 December 2019 at 02:17 UTC over Lindenberg. This was a rare opportunity to capture two main observing fields of the Arbeitskreis Meteore, optical phenomena in the Earth’s atmosphere and meteors, in one image. The image was taken with a Mobotix Q24 (night version) surveillance camera at the Meteorological Observatory in Lindenberg. It is a composite of 60 individual frames of one second each. © André Knöfel
