Accommodation: The accommodations in the youth hostel are almost fully booked. Further accommodations can be privately booked on the website of the city of Bad Kissingen or the known booking portals. Participation is then possible as a day guest.Conference fee:
Single room: 120€ (up to 26 years 112€) (booked out)
Double room: 105€ (up to 26 years 97€) (booked out, waiting list)
Day guests: 25€ (including Saturday lunch and dinner) The conference fee includes two nights with tourist tax, bed linen, full board from Friday evening to Sunday noon, coffee on Saturday as well as the rent for conference rooms. Payment of the conference fee: Please transfer the conference fee in advance to the club account. The bank details can be taken from the imprint of METEOROS or inquired via email from Ina Rendtel. Program: The program will include contributions from all areas of the AKM (meteors, fireballs and meteorites, halos, auroras, noctilucent clouds and other atmospheric phenomena). The general meeting and board election will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020, 13:30 hours.Registration: Please use the registration form on the AKM homepage and submit it completed by January 31, 2020 at the latest. As always, we would like to support carpooling.
