Aurora seen on the "Day of the Holy Innocents of the Year 1561". The Day of the Holy Innocents is on December 28. It is very likely that it refers to the aurora from the year 1560, which was also seen on December 28. The different year count is probably due to the fact that in those times, Christmas was considered the start of the year in some regions.
